Organize Teams in Value Streams and Portfolios
Value Streams Dashboards is the new version of what we previously called the Executive Dashboard. The big difference now is that you can create multiple Value Streams, each designed to track different business areas independently.
The Portfolio Dashboard works in a very similar way — but instead of combining individual dashboards, it combines multiple Value Streams into one portfolio view.

Breakdown of Block Time
We've added a new widget to help you identify process bottlenecks more easily. You can now see where blockers occur in both the Aging Chart (for in-progress work) and the Cycle Time Breakdown Chart (for completed work). This enhancement provides a clear breakdown of blockers by column or state, making it easier to pinpoint which steps in your workflow are causing the most delays.

We’ve removed the date picker from Process Improvement dashboard
We’ve removed the date picker from the Process Improvement dashboard because it’s meant to reflect the current state of your workflow. To support that, the dashboard now always shows the most recent data from the past three months. This ensures you’re working with up-to-date insights that match your team’s current delivery process. No need to filter dates—just focus on what’s happening now.
