We're pleased to announce a new payment option for our plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace. You now have the choice to manage your payments through Atlassian's "Pay via Atlassian" billing system.
This new pricing model also includes unlimited dashboards, offering even more flexibility and value - available exclusively with the “Pay via Atlassian” option.
Choosing this model is entirely optional, and your current payment plan will still be available. However, keep in mind that upgrading to the latest version of our plugin in Atlassian will automatically initiate this new billing model!

1. Install the Latest Version of Our Plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace
To make the switch, download the latest version of our plugin here. Installing this version will initiate a 30-day free trial under the new Atlassian billing model.
After the trial period, you will be charged based on Atlassian's pricing tier, which depends on the number of users in your Atlassian account. Your current plan will be automatically replaced by the Atlassian billing model, with no further action needed on your part.
With this new pricing model, you'll have access to an unlimited number of dashboards.

2. Manage Your Subscription Entirely Through Atlassian
After the transition, all billing and subscription management for Nave will move to your Atlassian account. This means that payments and renewals will be managed directly within Atlassian, so you can handle all aspects of your subscription in one centralized location.
If You Prefer to Stay with Your Current “Pay per Dashboard” Billing Model

• Keep Your Existing Plan
To maintain your current billing setup, do not install the latest version of the plugin. Simply continue using the current version or access our app via the web at https://jira.getnave.com/, and your billing will stay the same.

• If You Accidentally Upgrade to the New Version
Installing the latest version will automatically start a 30-day free trial under the Atlassian billing model. To stay on your current billing plan, uninstall the plugin and continue using Nave through the web at https://jira.getnave.com/ to avoid transitioning to Atlassian billing.

• If You’re Billed by Atlassian After the Trial
Atlassian's refund policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days of payment for your subscriptions. If you're accidentally billed and wish to remain on your current plan, you have 30 days from the billing date to request a refund. After this period, refunds are no longer available.

• Transition Timing During your Free Trial
The free trial period under Atlassian billing does not immediately cancel your existing Nave subscription. Your Nave subscription will continue until the trial ends and Atlassian begins billing, at which point the transition to the Atlassian billing model is finalized.

Will there be any changes in the features or support after switching to Atlassian billing?
No, all features and support remain exactly the same after switching. Additionally, with the transition, you'll unlock truly unlimited access, so there will no longer be any limits applied to the number of dashboards you can use.
Will I still have access to my previous invoices from my old billing model?
Yes, we'll retain your billing records for 90 days after the transition. If you need access to past invoices during this period, simply contact us at hello@getnave.com.
