I have a doubt about a certain situation. let’s imagine a situation where I have two major deliveries (fixed dates) and my team at a given time will work on both.
As described in the article, one suggestion is to have a maximum of 30% of the items in the fixed date service class. In this situation, in which I have two fixed deliveries, it would be interesting to have two breaks/divisions to represent these two deliveries, i.e. two areas for a fixed date in the same frame.

Thanks
